As we age we require more Attention and repair. You wouldn’t conceive leaving your car running in the drive way until midnight or through the heat of the day. You wouldn’t consider putting insufficient or the lowest quality octane in your car and expect it to preform when you need it or in an emergency. Suddenly you want access to the most qualified and least expensive mechanic.

so why do we continue treating our bodies with self care a luxury? Rest, Relaxation self care is considered an indulgence.

Is it that we value less these human bodies that determine our experience traveling through our life?
