Massage and body work is extremely effective to enhancing your overall health and wellbeing. With my 26 years of education and experience in the medical field I work with your individual health needs to bring your body back into balance. The goal is to invigorate your life style with a pain free body and a clear mind.

My technique incorporates Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Triggerpoint Therapy. Life coaching sessions can be infused into your bodywork session to ensure your emotional body is syncing with your physical body for a more positive outcome. Delivering a session that will leave you feeling energetic yet relaxed and focused for your day ahead.

What is a life Coach?

The definition of a Life Coach is someone professionally trained to help maximize your full potential and reach your desired results. They are like a supportive friend and trusted advisor combined into one. They are someone who will push you to identify your goals, hold you accountable and provide encouragement throughout your journey to become a better version of yourself.

What does a coach do?

A coach helps you grow by analyzing your current situation, assist you in recognizing limiting beliefs and other potential challenges and obstacles you face and design a custom plan of action creating a map to help you achieve specific outcomes in your life.

The relationship between a client and their life coach is more like a creative partnership than a one-way street. From your first meeting, you will:

  • Identify, clarify and create a vision for what you want

  • Use my expertise in Bodywork, Intuitive Healing to modify goals as needed

  • Encourage self-discovery and growth, decipher what Is yours emotionally & what has been picked up along the way.

  • Nurture and evoke strategies and a plan of action based on what fits best with your goals, personality and vision

  • Foster accountability to increase productivity

How does Life Coaching work?

I typically work in a specific, structured format, although your I will ultimately work with you to create a custom action plan.

What drives you?

 First, we will navigate though your ideas that define your vision.

I will ask you questions like:

What is it you want to achieve? Why do you want it? and How important is it for you to be successful in achieving this? After answering that question, I will work alongside you to identify barriers and limiting beliefs that have been holding you back. What negative things have you been telling yourself? How have these patterns gotten in your way and how can you move past them? Finally, We will set challenging, but achievable, goals. I will ensure that you are not settling for limited goals or being too negative as you assess your position by helping you calibrate your long- and short-term goals against your core values. 

Assessing your current position helps us measure your progress and identify current and potential obstacles. After this important step, we will review your resources and all courses of action available to you in order to create a map for action. You’ll then decide which specific steps you will take and when you will take them. You will prepare for potential obstacles and decide how to cope with them. This will ensure that each step supports your end goals, I will help you stay on track and monitor your progress. If your plan needs modification at any point, I will help you with this as well, which will empower you to stay committed.

How long should you work with a life coach?

There are no long-term commitments. You can leave at any time if you're not getting a ton of value out of every single session. However, if you're serious about achieving your specific goals, I suggest you make a mental commitment to yourself for at least three months of coaching.
